Task management in M365 can be a daily challenge or even a book with seven seals. When do I use ToDo, when Planner, OneNote, Loop or Lists, just to name the most obvious task management apps. How does it work with the tasks that I can create in the comments of Word, Excel or PowerPoint? Do they work together with one of the apps mentioned above? A bundle of questions that we will resolve.

We take you on a journey through various application scenarios that reflect typical challenges in daily work and weigh the different options for task management for each scenario. We also include PowerAutomate and the M365 Copilots in the considerations. Subsequently, the requirements are implemented in the various apps. In parallel, we build a pro and con list of the apps for the different implementation possibilities for you. At the end of the session, the force of task management will be with you.
