As enterprise-grade technology is adopted into small and medium businesses, there is a fundamental component missing: enterprise business oversight of these technologies. In this session, we explore how to scale enterprise technologies into small businesses with a focus on people-first, business-oriented methodologies. SMB organizations will learn the questions to ask of their providers and how to oversee incorporating aligned modern workplace technologies and cloud solutions while ensuring the needs of the people in the business are a top priority of the design.
