Bridges or Planks? The New Math of Agile Success.

We’ve all seen projects that report 'green' status for months, only to turn 'red' three weeks before launch. This happens because we build software like civil engineers build bridges, layer by rigid layer, rather than slicing through risk. In this talk, I introduce two game-changing strategies: 'The Steel Thread', a technique to deploy a 'Hello World' production slice in Sprint 1 to expose architectural risk immediately and 'Building Planks', using Minimum Viable Experiments (MVEs) to test value before writing production code. Stop guessing, stop bloating your MVP, and start de-risking your delivery from Day One.
