From Refresh to Reasoning: The full analytics stack with Fabric and Foundry

Your Power BI report answers what happened yesterday. By the time the business reads it, the moment to act has passed. A real-time dashboard answers what's happening now — but it still waits for a human to notice. An agent answers what to do about it, and moves before the next refresh cycle would have even run.
This is not three competing architectures. It's one stack, built in layers, and each layer earns its keep.
In this session we build the full pattern in front of you: Power BI on a governed semantic model for the historical view, Fabric Eventstream and Eventhouse for the operational view, and an Azure AI Foundry agent grounded on a Fabric Data Agent for the reasoning layer — surfaced back into Power BI and M365 Copilot where the business already works. One operational scenario, traced from raw event to executive answer to triggered action.
You leave with the architecture, the wiring patterns, a map of what's production-ready, and a decision framework for where each layer belongs in your own environment.
