This presentation will showcase how we launched The first digital bank in the Dominican Republic, with insights into the design process and collaboration with a team of designers around all Latin America. We will cover the challenges of UX maturity in the region and how we empowered designers using Figma, from research in FigJam to re-imagining our design system with Design Tokens.

Launching a 100% digital bank in Latin America is an ambitious project that requires collaboration and innovation. At the heart of this initiative is the goal of providing access to financial services to millions of people in Latin America who are currently unbanked or underserved.
