The new member of the Power Platform called Power Virtual Agents allows us to quickly and easily create powerful bots using a guided graphical interface without code, and without the need for data scientists or developers.

In this practical session we'll create a bot, add themes and test content changes in real time, deploying it to a test page and analyzing its performance once deployed.
