We all know user-centered design is fundamental for a product's success. Among everything you should do, gathering feedback from your users is one of the crucial pieces to inform your product and technical decisions. But how to do it?

During this session, I'll demo you several techniques to collect that feedback, but also to integrate it into your development workflow:
- How to collect and process feedback with simple tools like email and GitHub?
- How to track user actions while respecting their privacy?
- How to fuel feedback within the organization and the roadmap?

These techniques will come from my own experience at companies of various stages: from small shops (4-5 devs) to Deezer and now Azure engineering team.
