Improve your cluster with EKS Blueprints and AWS ACK

In my presentation, I would like to introduce the possibilities and advantages of combining EKS Blueprints and AWS ACK for the development and deployment of applications on the EKS platform. EKS Blueprints provide proven methods and templates for implementing Kubernetes applications on EKS. AWS ACK, on the other hand, enables the creation of custom AWS controllers for Kubernetes.
By using these technologies, developers can shorten the time-to-market of their applications while ensuring high scalability and robustness.

I will first provide an introduction to EKS Blueprints and explain how they can simplify application development on EKS. What are blueprints, clusters, add-ons, and teams in the language of EKS Blueprints, and how can you make the most out of them?

Next, I will talk about AWS ACK and demonstrate how it empowers developers to create custom AWS controllers for Kubernetes. I will showcase the integration of AWS ACK into the EKS environment and highlight how it simplifies the management and deployment of AWS resources within Kubernetes clusters.

The whole presentation will be rounded off with a concrete example that illustrates the implementation of EKS Blueprints and AWS ACK in a scenario.
