Everyone has good intentions when it comes to inclusivity, but good intentions don’t necessarily lead to the right actions. You can care deeply about inclusion and still get things wrong - not out of malice, but out of busy-ness, assumption, and being unaware of how people are affected.

Between us, we bring lived experience to this - Isi as a neurodivergent Senior Marketing Executive, and Craig as an Analytics Technical Director with significant hearing loss.

Drawing on that experience and those of our colleagues, we'll work through ten of the most common inclusion mistakes teams and organisations make - from the environmental to the organisational to the systemic - each with a real story and a practical fix.
