AI is changing how we work with data, and Power BI is at the forefront. In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn how to leverage the Copilots in Power BI to your advantage. We'll use these AIs to develop reports faster, generate insights more easily, and spend much less time on repetitive tasks.

And we shouldn't forget that AI is not just for creators, it's for consumers too. We'll explore how your users can engage directly with your reports and semantic models using natural language, powered by both Copilot and tools like Fabric Data Agents. You'll see how to design your reports and models to help AI give meaningful, accurate answers, and understand the mechanisms that make these experiences reliable.

After mastering the basics, we'll push further. You'll experiment with more advanced AI tools like GitHub Copilot and explore how AI assisted development will supercharge your productivity. Creating measures, documenting your work, or even creating and optimizing semantic models, we'll show you how to accelerate your workflow.

This is a hands-on session: bring your laptop and get ready to learn. Where possible, we will provide a shared Fabric environment for guided exercises. However, you'll get the most out of the session if you bring your own Fabric workspace with Copilot enabled and have enrolled for GitHub Copilot. Basic Power BI development experience is recommended to follow along.
