Migrating a Design System with Claude
Claude has become a real collaborator for turning design into code — but "paste the Figma link and hope" is not a migration strategy. This session covers how we migrated a full design system in under two months with Claude, and what it actually took to make the output accurate.
We will walk through a working method: getting from Figma specs to production components, the necessary guardrails for models to prevent hallucination, and codifying design intent for both humans and models to read. We'll also cover how to sequence a migration around the constraints which matter to your company and your customers.
