After 15 years in the industry, I reflect on a series of consultative patterns I have discovered.

Through coaching, observing great individuals, reading, watching, and a significant amount of trial and error, I wanted to share recurring strategies that positively impact both my interactions with people and the programs I work on.

While the session is framed around consultants, I will emphasise that the principles can apply to a much wider audience, covering topics ranging from communication patterns to working behaviours.
