Multi-Agent Systems in Production: Build It, Evaluate it, Break It, Ship It
Everyone can build an agent. Very few can ship one that survives on production - where it fails quietly, at the worst possible moment.
This hands-on workshop is for engineers past the demo phase. We build a multi-agent system from scratch, then systematically break it and fix it the right way. You'll learn how orchestration actually works, how to scope agents so they stay useful, and how to pass context between them without losing or leaking it.
Then we get into the parts most tutorials skip: observability for systems that never behave the same way twice, evaluation and testing strategies for non-deterministic output, and red-teaming - finding the prompt injections and goal hijacks before someone else does.
You leave with a working, tested, observable system you actually understand.
