Hell's Kitchen for Agents: Grokdon RamsayBot and the One-Person AI Agency

What if your whole agency was AI bots, and your chief of staff ran it like Gordon Ramsay runs Hell's Kitchen? I built a one-person agency on Grok Bot with
four employees: a designer, an engineer, a writer, and a localizer, each a persistent bot with its own role, personality, and access to Storyblok through
the MCP server. You hand the chief of staff a product brief ("we're launching, write the landing page, translate it to Japanese, build it"), and it splits
up the work, delegates, and chases the rest of the kitchen until the page ships. The bots share a virtual machine with Chrome, a terminal, and a file
server, so you can watch every handoff, and every dish that gets sent back. Then the honest part: does the finished landing page hold up on design, code,
copy, and translation, and where did a human still have to step in? You'll leave with each bot's job description, the MCP and skill setup for every role,
and a repo you can fork to staff your own agency.
