Feeling behind, staying motivated: Keeping up with Fabric, Databricks & everything else

Every very week there's a new Fabric feature, a Databricks update, a Power BI trick, an AI model that "changes everything." Keeping up feels less like excitement and more like exhaustion - the fear of falling behind, the guilt of not trying the latest thing yet, the worry that everyone else has it figured out. LinkedIn, now flooded with AI-generated content, only turns up the pressure and the impostor syndrome that comes with it.

In this session we'll talk honestly about what we've experienced, whether standing on a conference stage actually changes any of it, and the ways we've found - if any - to handle these bumps. We'll also share ways how we try to keep up with Databricks and Fabric: which sources are genuinely worth following, how to separate signal from noise, and what to ignore on purpose. You'll leave with permission to feel behind and a more sustainable way to keep moving forward.
