In this session we'll discuss the importance of engineering documentation for onboarding, education and attrition. We’ll look at a few stellar examples of engineering docs for what makes them great and learn a few things along the way. We'll also spend some time working through governance, scaling out, wrangling sprawl and dealing with inconsistencies. By the end of the session, you should be able to understand the importance of great engineering docs for the health and care of your teams and have some examples to refer back to for your own organizations.
