This roundtable, facilitated by NODA’s Educational Initiatives Committee, invites NODA members to collaboratively explore how the association can better serve professionals in retention and transition roles. Together, we’ll examine shared definitions, strengths and challenges, and professional development needs. Most importantly, we’ll identify gaps in current support and generate ideas for how NODA can evolve its educational initiatives to meet the needs of its members more effectively.
