In last 3 years, we have done a major technical makeover of 4 e-commerce sites for one of the largest B2B food retailers in CZ and SK. We'll dive into the challenges we faced, including monolithic application constraints, lack of CI/CD pipelines, and limitations of on-premise infrastructure.
