I created a social network for a role playing game based on the TV series Black Mirror, episode Nosedive. It was a relatively quick endeavor thanks to Firebase. All data are in Firebase Realtime Database and they are changed with serverless Firebase Functions. The result is native Android app and website used for administration. In the talk, I will go through the implementation details. I will also show you that Firebase is great not just for hobby projects like this, but also for large enterprise solutions.
