Session

All Aboard, tickets with destination DevOps are available.

The cloud train has left the station, and it is filled with organizations migrating their workloads to the cloud.
Some will migrate their stack and will continue to operate as they have always done. Adopting DevOps and joining the cloud train is more than just migrating a tech stack, It is also a transition to a new way of work.

Making a transition, any transition, requires attention and continuous effort to change and improve, that is an investment. Not all trying to get to destination DevOps are aware that the transition is not just a ticket you can buy with Ci/CD or a (public) Cloud provider.

Let's start the conversation with this:
How can we make groups and organizations aware of the full investment needed to adopt DevOps?
What actions can we set in motion or language can we use to get individuals and groups to hop on the train and commit to the continuous effort required?
