Workshop Overview:

This hands-on workshop will equip you with the knowledge and skills to build a simple conversational AI agent using Vertex AI on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

What You'll Learn:

Understanding Conversational AI: Gain an introduction to the concept of conversational AI, its capabilities, and different applications.
Discovering Vertex AI: Explore Vertex AI, the unified platform for machine learning on GCP, and how it simplifies building, training, and deploying models.
Building with Dialogflow: Learn about Dialogflow, the core service within Vertex AI for constructing conversational AI experiences. You'll create a Dialogflow agent and explore its functionalities.
Designing the Conversation Flow: Understand how to design the conversation flow for your agent using intents (user requests) and entities (specific information extraction).
Training Your Agent: Train your agent with sample user queries to enable it to respond effectively.
Testing and Deployment: Learn how to test your agent within Dialogflow and explore various deployment options for real-world use cases.
(Optional) Advanced Features: (If time permits) Briefly delve into additional Dialogflow functionalities, including integrations with other GCP services and managing multiple agents.
Workshop Activities:

They will build their own conversational AI agents using the concepts learned.
