Ever wanted to be able to create your own chat bot? Guess what! You don't have to know code to do that! This session will provide an in-depth look at Microsoft's Power Virtual Agents, a low-code/no-code solution within the Power Platform family. I will explore the components of Power Virtual Agents and discuss some of the latest features and updates that have been released in the past year. Attendees will also learn how to call Power Automate actions from within Power Virtual Agents to perform actions on backend systems, with real-world examples being shown. Lastly, I'll touch briefly on the integration with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, which is where a customer conversation can get handed off from Power Virtual Agents to a live agent.
