Microsoft's Wave 1 2020 introduced a new and flashy integration between D365 Marketing and Customer Voice (the new name for Forms Pro).
With the old 'Voice of the Customer' deprecated, this makes the Customer Voice Surveys capability in D365 Marketing only more exciting.
