It has long been one of the few ways to easily exchange information, between people and systems. So easy and familiar, that one takes it for granted. But mail also has intrinsic problems and in many cases better methods are now possible. But as is often the case, people may think: if it isn't broken, don't try to fix it.

This is my call to action to further investigate the use of mail and to be open to stopping mail.
