While the concept of Servant Leadership is well known in the Enterprise Agility community, many struggle to put that into practice. Our 4-7-10 framework, focusing on the whole person change in measurable behaviours we call as DEEP BHC behaviours, mapped to attributes of Servant Leadership is a perfect answer to this. The framework, the DEEP BHC set of behaviours, the measurement tool, and the mapping are backed by doctoral research of the presenter and proven in several organisations.
