As organizations race to adopt AI and next-generation technology, most transformation efforts still fail for the same reason: they optimize the machine and neglect the humans running it. In this session, I introduce the Human-Centered Transformation framework People, Process, and Purpose Technology as the operating model for leading through Industry 5.0. Rather than treating technology as the starting point, this framework repositions it as the enabler of a deeper alignment between the people doing the work, the processes that structure that work, and the purpose that gives it meaning. Senior leaders will walk away with a clear, vendor-neutral lens for diagnosing where their own transformation initiatives are likely to stall, and a practical framework for closing the gap between strategic ambition and organizational reality before the next wave of technology investment locks in the same old mistakes.
