Session

ales From A Project Paramedic

Most projects don’t die suddenly. They bleed out slowly while everyone pretends they’re fine. This session uses real-life stories to pull back the curtain on what really goes wrong inside failing initiatives: ignored symptoms, misdiagnosed problems, piles of change requests, a technology or platform change midstream. Drawing on the patterns seen in hundreds of rescues, this session introduces the Project Bill of Rights, a lifesaving protocol designed to stabilize a project before it dies. You’ll walk away knowing how to spot the early warning signs and provide the lifesaving care required to defend it's rights.
