Modern call centers generate huge amounts of audio data, but turning those conversations into actionable insights is still a challenge. In this session, we build a serverless call center on AWS, where incoming calls flow through Amazon Connect, event-driven Step Functions, and Lambdas automatically transforming the audio of each call into structured business insights with the help of Generative AI services summarizing into actionable recommendations.
