Performance of web apps is often only about scaling, resources, network speed, but we rarely think about going deeper, into the code and frameworks we use.
This workshop focuses on a step by step refactoring of a plain Spring-based web API towards an async, highly performant API. We will also explore how to test if the API has really improved, different libraries or approaches that can be used further.

Technical requirements: projector/screen and participants can bring their own laptop, code will be available on Github
