When we want to start building our first Power Platform solutions, the question arises as to which medium we are going to use to store the information we need. It could be Azure SQL, SharePoint, Dataverse... Among all of them we decided to stay between the ones that can have a better integration with the Power Platform.

We will compare the tools with respect to their use within the Power Platform, from the point of view of data volume, security, delegation, cost, development and maintenance time, connectors and APIs, and we will also give some tips to improve their integration and to know the capabilities they can offer us with respect to any other data storage alternative.

We will focus on Dataverse, being able to delve into tricks to get the most out of it.
