When we finish our educational stage we start to have doubts - "What now?" "What are companies looking for?" - From my own experience I will talk about the day-to-day life of an IT company and the importance of breaking the glass ceiling for women.
I will end by presenting low code development tools and some success stories in the Power Platform environment, bringing attendees a new platform to develop professionally and thus contribute to expand their range of job opportunities.
