AI has a trust problem. And you probably have hype fatigue. Unlike regular software, AI doesn’t always do the same thing. It can change how it behaves based on the data it gets and how people use it. On the conference circuit he spoke at Product Led Alliance Vegas Summit (May 2024), Product Tank NYC Meetup (March 2024), Toronto ML Summit (July 2024),, and UXDX EMEA in October of 2023. He spoke at Agile Alliance in 2019 and 2018 and Agile Midwest 2017. He consistently receives strong, positive audience feedback.
He taught at General Assembly for 4 years. He co-hosted a podcast, Fail Faster, where he interviewed dozens of leaders in design, product and innovation about their experiences.
