AI Agents in Service Operations: Real-World Scenarios from Triage to Asset Intelligence

You will see how asset intelligence can predict failures, recommend service actions, and generate work orders, while copilots assist technicians with contextual instructions and automated documentation. We will also walk through a rental and service scenario that combines dynamic pricing, utilization optimization, and automated scheduling. Throughout the session, we will demonstrate real-world scenarios that show how agents capture service data in the background to refine future recommendations and reduce downtime, manual entry.
