Session
From Experimentation to Implementation; Putting Insights into practice without hesitation.
It is 2024, and we have more calls to be data-driven, and more pressure to execute than ever before. But how do you ensure that you’re executing those insights in a way that actually makes sense to your internal engineering organization?
In this talk, we’ll explore the road to building successful product insights and how to build a culture and active practice of experimentation within your technical teams. We’ll go over understanding the difference between testing, analytics, and experimentation, building safeguards that allow you to experiment without added delays, and how to measure the value added to your organization from these insights. Attendees of all skill levels will better understand how to set up and interpret an experiment from an engineering perspective, execute an experiment's results efficiently, and communicate their work to colleagues and stakeholders.
Once we’ve covered how to build a practice of experimentation, we’ll go over how to take these insights and move them into active development. Lastly, we’ll cover how to build a case for this work for key stakeholders and decision-makers and explore how to build sustainably and more efficiently through experimentation.
