In this talk I will share my personal experiences and practical strategies for managing Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in the workplace as a Data Engineer.

I will discuss the unique challenges faced by individuals with ADHD in Data Engineering and the data industry, provide tips for staying productive and organised, and emphasise the importance of advocating for accommodations to create a supportive work environment.

This talk aims to promote neurodiversity in the workplace, highlighting the value of diverse perspectives and experiences. By creating a more inclusive and understanding work environment for all employees, we can foster creativity and innovation in the data industry.
