Shift Left Azure support for operational excellence

Azure portal is powerful to build Enterprise grade business applications with ease. However, the challenge pops up in supporting them in real time. Highly skilled Azure experts are involved in support tasks, they should instead be utilized for business innovation. The challenges in offloading the support to the operations team are lack of observability, lack of deeply integrated tooling for remediating, lack of end-to-end message flow visibility, the complexity involved in User management and many more.
In this session, I would like to share my learnings from working with global enterprises in defining their friction-free support strategy achieving 75% shift left of support.
