This session introduces DoiTs’s enablement-first migration model where customers own implementation while architects orchestrate outcomes through a lightweight, modular framework. We’ll make the split explicit: what AI handles (notes, RAID hygiene, status rollups), where AI assists (portfolio clustering, TCO baselines), and what remains human-owned (judgment, trade-offs, influence).
