This is a tale about developing a messaging platform to efficiently manage real-time workloads by distributing them across multiple queues. This approach aims to prevent the impact of one customer/channel latency on others, ensuring smooth operation for various communication channels such as WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, and other channels provided by Sinch’s Conversation API. By implementing separate queues for different customers, the proposal aims to isolate latency issues and optimize performance for each channel independently.
