In this session, we'll explore how to integrate custom layers into the Google Maps SDK for both Android and iOS, using a hands-on, code-focused approach. We’ll demonstrate how to add and manage these custom layers within apps, using Jetpack Compose on Android and SwiftUI on iOS. We’ll also discuss the challenges of handling sensitive and proprietary data when creating a custom layer for the Google Maps SDK.
