Microsoft 365 as a tool for internal communication - the biggest myths and challenges
It is a gradual process, but it is increasingly taking center stage in companies. Internal communication. It's actually just two words that slip easily off the tongue, but there's a lot more to it than we all suspect.
In the hybrid working world, communication between companies and organizations and their employees is more important than ever.
Nevertheless, cultural change in companies is too often felt to be underestimated or taken lightly. Did you know that studies show that 40% of employees feel misinformed or find that information is not available or easy to find?
I love Microsoft 365 as a tool for topics like internal communication, I really do!
It's not easy for us as internal communication consultants and managers, because we often face challenges such as tool diversity. Which applications in Microsoft 365 are the be-all and end-all for internal communication? Do I use SharePoint Online as an intranet or do I use Teams, but maybe I would rather work with viva Engage. At management level, you might need a different tool like viva Amplify or viva Pulse. As you can see, it's not an easy decision.
In the workshop, I will address these questions and point out the biggest challenges and possible solution
