During an ERP implementation, not so much emphasis is often placed on good relationship management with the customer's project management. An important reason for a successful project is a satisfied and informed customer. It is often the little things that have nothing to do with BC and its functionalities that turn an average project into a very successful project. These points are the subject of this presentation.
