ADHDone: Systems for Brains That Move Too Fast
I run a consulting practice with ADHD, parallel projects, and clients across time zones. I don't organize with willpower — I organize with systems. Here's what actually works.
ABSTRACT
Most productivity advice is designed for brains that aren't mine.
I have ADHD and I enjoy it. I work as an independent consultant across simultaneous projects — data, strategy, clients that look nothing alike. And I've spent years testing systems until I found the ones that let me deliver without losing myself in the process.
This talk isn't about time management or miracle apps. It's about designing a workflow that works with your brain instead of against it — including how I use AI not to do more things, but to reduce the friction of getting started.
Things I learned through trial and error: why long to-do lists don't work, how to keep ideas from disappearing mid-thought, and how to decide what actually goes into your day when everything feels urgent.
Not inspiration. Infrastructure.
**What you'll take away:**
- The one principle that changed how I structure my work
- How to integrate AI into your workflow without it becoming another thing to manage
- A concrete starting point if you're in "nothing works for me" mode
