Microsoft Form has been a key part of the M365 productivity suite for a long time. With the high level of functionality and customisation, they make for a very effective way to gather data from your business users. However, the native back end storage in Excel provides little ability to robustly store and process the data for anything more than simple feedback surveys.

Join me as we take a look at how Power Automate can take the data submitted by users through all kinds of forms, process it into usable data and store in Dataverse or SQL tables. From there we can create ITSM tickets, create Entra ID objects (after approvals of course) or execute a Copilot Agent.
