In this session, we’ll build a real-world Supply Chain / Order Orchestration Agent that sits between sales, inventory, credit, and warehouse operations in Dynamics 365 Business Central.

You’ll see how to design an agent that evaluates incoming sales orders, detects exceptions (inventory shortages, credit holds, margin risks, and priority conflicts), and recommends - or automates - next actions. Using the Microsoft MCP Server for Business Central, we’ll securely connect the agent to Business Central data and actions, enabling natural language decision-making grounded in ERP reality.

This session is equal parts architecture, configuration, and live build. You’ll walk away understanding not just what an agent can do - but how to build one that respects business rules, approvals, and operational accountability.
