AI, but make it practical: Real-world AI for non-tech roles
I was late to AI... But when I started with one small experiment, I somehow ended up changing how I work.
I didn’t have an AI strategy or a technical background. I simply started giving AI the problems that kept landing on my desk. One experiment led to another, until I stopped asking “What can AI do?” and started asking “Why am I still doing this myself?”
From a simple chat to scheduled tasks. From translating a few words to helping tackle product translations across markets. From reading code I couldn’t read to shaping product roadmap decisions. From building UAT scenarios manually to creating a quick, personalised and - importantly - non-boring customer tests.
In this session, I’ll share what worked, what didn’t, where AI confidently got things wrong, and what I learned along the way.
This isn’t about replacing teams with AI. It’s about making people more capable, giving them their time back, and letting AI complement the skills they already have.
No technical deep dive. Just practical, real-world AI for people in non-tech roles.
