Why developers are not getting along with Agile

In recent years we are seeing developers lose interest in scrum most likely because they feel it has lost credibility. Many see it as an impediment in their day to day and a waste of time, how have we reached this situation as a methodology created by the developers themselves?

In this talk we will see how scrum has lost credibility among developers, paradoxically a methodology created and promoted for years by this group that have tried to get their message to Management.

Why has it happened? We will analyze the causes, we will see how scrum has come to be led and promoted by Management profiles and how the message has reached the groups of developers late adopters.

On the other hand, as the complexity of application and the need to adapt to each context has generated failures that have led to a loss of credibility of this methodology in the same groups that created it.

Finally we will see what we can do? How can we get the virtues to developers and make them understand how its principles are still valid and can help teams and developers in their day to day.
