The time of remote working, especially for knowledge workers, is looming sharply in this special times. And several companies that use Office 365 are struggling trying to understand how people are working remotely. The usage reports in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center can help answer these questions and many others. These reports cover almost all Microsoft 365 suite of programs for periods from 7 till 180 day.
In this session we will explore why reporting is important, and what is possible to get from the Microsoft 365 reporting tools from different perspectives: analyzing the Out-Of-The-Box reports from the central administration, using PowerShell to systematize the gathering of information, and using Power Automate to produce timely reports. Also, we will see in short what is Microsoft doing to improve the system and generate more accurate reports.
