Startup Differentiation When AI Makes Building Cheap
When AI lets a competent team rebuild most products in weeks, the product is no longer where advantage lives. This talk argues that differentiation has moved from the product to the proof: the assets a competitor cannot generate, however cheap building becomes.
It sets out what those assets are, why they compound when features do not, and how a founder can tell which one is binding for their company today.
For founders, product leaders and investors deciding where to spend in an AI-saturated market, it replaces "what should we build next?" with a sharper question: what can we prove that nobody else can?
Format: keynote or talk, 30–45 minutes; workshop version available on request. Audience: founders, investors, executives and ecosystem builders.
