By 2025, Gartner predicts that 70% of applications will use low code or no code technology. A Forrester study of organisations using the Power Platform successfully has found a 502% ROI over 3 years. These are incredible numbers but to be realised you need a solid low-code strategy. In this session I discuss how to get started defining a low code strategy based on the Microsoft Power Platform. I will demonstrate (with audience participation) a framework that you can use to define a Power Platform strategy and identify the capabilities and systems that your organisations needs to successfully execute.
