Working in small groups, you will take part in The CoE Game, an interactive session where each team acts as a Power Platform Centre of Excellence. You will explore realistic scenario cards that include sudden app launches, security concerns, urgent requests for AI solutions, and senior stakeholder pressure. Together you will discuss options, make decisions, negotiate priorities, and explore practical ways to guide delivery while still enabling creativity.

You will leave with insights based on real experience, along with a clearer understanding of how teams can share responsibility for effective governance in a modern delivery environment.
